Return & Exchange

• Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
• A complete unboxing video from the sealed package opening is mandatory for any return, exchange, or refund request.
• Claims without an unboxing video will not be considered.
• Size issues, color variations due to screen settings, change of mind, sale items, and customized products are not eligible for return or exchange.
