Eligibility for Return or Exchange
Returns or exchanges will only be accepted in the following cases:
• Wrong product delivered.
• Defective, damaged, or manufacturing-defect product received.
To be eligible, customers must:
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Provide a clear unboxing video starting from the sealed package opening until the product is fully visible.
• Share clear photos/videos showing the issue.
Claims without a complete unboxing video will not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Non-Eligible Cases
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
• Size or fitting issues.
• Change of mind.
• Color variation due to screen settings or photography.
• Minor thread variations or handmade detailing.
• Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.
• Sale, discounted, customized, or made-to-order products.
Exchange Process
• Once the claim is approved, our team will guide you through the exchange process.
• The replacement product will be shipped after the original product is received and inspected.
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Refund Policy
• Refunds are only applicable if a replacement product is unavailable.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
